Client Confidentiality
Our clients, the nature of the work we perform for them and the results of that work are strictly confidential and may only be discussed/disclosed between our employees and the client except:
- when that information must be produced under subpoena in a court of law or
- when the client gives us instructions to share certain information.
This policy is a part of our employee contract document that must be read, understood and agreed to upon employment by all employees of NETLAB.
Web Site Privacy
NETLAB respects the privacy of every individual who visits our web site and sends us e-mail through the web site. This Privacy Policy states how NETLAB will collect information and use it. Use of the NETLAB web site constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Personal Information:
There are several opportunities on our web site for you to provide us with personal information about you and your interests, such as name, mailing address and e-mail address. If you choose to share any personal information with us, we may store it, use it and share it internally. We will not sell your information to other companies.
Cookies:
Our web site does not currently make use of "cookie" files to customize information to your personal tastes, but may add this feature in future enhancements to the site to make navigation easier for our visitors.

NETLAB's web site includes links to other organizations' web sites that allow visitors to our site to move directly to those sites. NETLAB is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party web sites that may be linked to this site. These links are meant for the user's convenience only and do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval by NETLAB of the content, policies or practices of such sites nor any products or services which may be offered through those sites. Once you have left the NETLAB site via such a link, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party site.
Children:
NETLAB has no intention of collecting any personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If a child has provided us with personal information without the consent of a parent or guardian, a parent or guardian should contact us at 401 353 3420 and we will use reasonable effort to delete this information from our files.
Revisions:
NETLAB reserves the right to revise this privacy policy without notice to users of or visitors to the NETLAB web site.
